On the Steps
Back at the beginning of the year, I mentioned my goal for the year was to get my mental health in order. For the month of January, I made myself get into the habit of making my bed every single day. That’s just ingrained in my morning routine now. So February is for a new goal: get moving every single day. Living on the 5th floor, I have it relatively easy. Beyond being able to take the stairs, Zoe and I have been going on really long beach walks the last few days (follow along on snapchat! Username dannie54) and I’m aiming to get back into yoga again. Fingers crossed! Anything I can possibly do in my day to get moving a little bit more is helpful. Taking longer walks to the bathroom, getting up and walking around every hour or so. You name it, I’m trying it.
