End-of-summer Style, Palm Print Top
End-of-summer style, not pre-fall style
So many people are talking about fall fashion already, especially with the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale in full swing. That’s all fine and dandy but it’s still summer! I’m looking at end-of-summer style to carry me through into those crisp fall days. Don’t get me wrong, fall is my favorite! But I’m living it up in the sun until we hit Labor Day sales.
This palm print off-the-shoulder top is one of my favorite style steals of the summer. T+J Designs is working it yet again with this amazing piece, which also comes in a mini AND maxi dress. And each piece can be worn three different ways: strapless, off-the-shoulder, or one shoulder. I’m featuring all three ways here. Because why not get the most bang for your buck and have something you can make so many different looks with?!
Chill out, it’s still summer!
End-of-summer style is some of my favorite. We’re used to the heat at this point, can relax in the sun, and are trying to cram as much summer fun in as we can before it’s time for apples, pumpkins, and plaid. Golden hour feels more golden, the rosé seems even better, and everyone has already figured out how to chill and relax. Summertime Chi is something we’re all pretty into. And now’s when I start to break out the most fun style.
I’m linking some of my favorite palm-themed style picks as well as my favorite beauty products right now and the slides everyone’s talking about. They may not be coming with me to NYFW (wait, did I tell you guys I was going to that? surprise!) but they’re definitely great for heading for a summer ice cream trip or a walk with the pups.
Washington Square Park
We shot these photos in Washington Square Park in the Gold Coast. The park was crawling with dogs from a very young corgi puppy named Cannoli to every other age and breed. Any photo where I’m giggling or looking entirely distracted was, almost guaranteed, shot while I was distracted by a dog. Head on over to my facebook page and check out the album Stile.Foto.NO for my favorite outtake from the entire day. That whole album’s a riot.
What are your favorite end-of-summer style picks? I want to hear all about them in the comments!
